No. We welcome complete beginners through to experienced boxers. All sessions are structured so everyone can progress safely at their own pace.
Children can join our Little Rocky’s sessions from age 6, but competitive boxing and sparring only begin from age 10 under England Boxing rules.
No. Many members join purely for fitness, confidence and skills. Sparring and competing are optional and only for those who choose that pathway.
Yes. We follow strict England Boxing safety standards. Younger members do non-contact sessions until they are ready, and all sparring is fully supervised.
Your coach will guide you through the simple registration process on “The Locker” once you’re ready to spar or compete.
For beginners: comfortable sportswear and a bottle of water. Once training regularly, you’ll need hand wraps, gloves, gum-shield and skipping rope.
Yes. We provide personalised 1:2:1 sessions for fitness, technique, confidence and competition prep. We also cater for 1:2:2 session to split the cost to a more manageable amount if needed.
Your coaches match you based on age, weight, experience and readiness. All competitive boxers must hold a valid BCR1 and medical. We enter most BoxCups and national Champs if the boxer is ready.
Yes, we run female-only sessions designed to build confidence, fitness and empowerment in a supportive environment.
