Suitable for all levels, these classes combine boxing technique with tough conditioning drills to help you burn calories, improve endurance and feel powerful. Whether you’re here to get fitter, leaner or simply challenge yourself, this group brings motivation, teamwork and results. No ego, no pressure — just hard work and a great atmosphere.​
