Alive Amateur Boxing Club

Alive ABC is more than a boxing club — it’s a community built on discipline, respect and personal development. Founded to give people of all ages a safe, structured and inspiring place to train, we combine high-quality coaching with a welcoming, family-driven atmosphere where everyone is supported to grow and progress.

Led by experienced coaches with both amateur and professional backgrounds — including decades of military experience — the club carries a strong connection to the local military community. Based in an area surrounded by serving personnel, veterans and military families, Alive ABC proudly reflects those values of discipline, resilience, teamwork and integrity throughout everything we do.

We deliver sessions for all ages and abilities, from Little Rocky's and Juniors to Seniors, competitive amateur boxers, women’s boxing, Boxing for Parkinson’s and 1:2:1 coaching. Every programme is designed to build confidence, fitness and real boxing skills in a safe and supportive environment.
